This course is intended to provide freshman civil engineering students with the communication skills needed in college and throughout their careers. Computer skills, report generation, public speaking, listening and computer-aided drawing are covered. Design is emphasized throughout. A video record of each student’s progress in public speaking is compiled. Three hours a week.
