This course is an introduction to the characterization and analysis of evidence by physical, chemical, and biological means. The history and precedence of scientific evidence will be outlined concentrating on topics such as fingerprinting, blood typing, fiber analysis, and dye chemistry. Pre-/Co-requisite CH 222A. Offered in the fall semester. Integrated lecture and laboratory meets once per week.
