The study of the art of reasoning, including the principles of deductive and inductive logic. The aim of this course is to assist students in the development of their analytical and critical thinking and the skills by learning how to recognize and evaluate various argument forms and fallacies found in literature, news reporting, advertisements, and the academic disciplines.
