Department Psychology Discipline SSY - Psychology Course Credits 3 credits 3 hours Course Description This is an introduction to the theory, research and practice of group dynamics and small group interaction in a variety of settings. Methods and techniques utilized in the investigation of small group processes will be demonstrated and critically examined. Through participation in role playing and small group interaction, students will be introduced to basic principles of interpersonal and group dynamics in families, in groups, and at work.
