This course is a study of the six dimensions of wellness. The connection between lifestyle choices and health outcome in relation to the wellness continuum is emphasized. Health behaviors addressed include: stress management, diet, substance use, sex and sexuality, exercise, hygiene, and other health practices associated with disease. Strategies and resources which enable students to make informed choices about their behaviors will be explored. There is no prerequisite to this course.
