4 Credits (3,3) Thiscourse is a continuation ofSC 153, includingtopics on chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium, liquids and solids, acids and bases, thermodynamics, nuclear chemistry, introduction to organic chemistry and some other chemistry related topics. The accompanying laboratory illustrates some of the principles learned in lecture and emphasizes general laboratory techniques. Prerequisite: SC 153. Students may not receive credit for both this course and SC 126.
