7 Credit (0,2) Designed to fulfill the Physical Education requirement in all non-PE related majors degree programs, students choose two of the following activities dependent on the semester offered: badminton, basketball, beginning swimming, body conditioning, cross-country skiing, fitness swim, flag football, golf, hiking, indoor/outdoor soccer, self-defense, softball, strength and conditioning, tennis, volleyball, walking and yoga. Non-Majors only -fulfills PE requirement.
