This course is designed to introduce the student to the microscopic study of the normal structures of the body. Emphasis is placed on the development of the oral and facial regions including properties of the oral mucosa and characteristics of dental tissues as they relate to other tissues of the body. The practical application of this information is stressed. Co-requisites: BIO 103, DE 131.
