3 credits each This two-semester course is available upon application to STEP fifth-year students in the Adelphi Internship Program. Following successful completion of their first semester of student teaching, students become interns in the respective local secondary schools. Students are observed in their classroom by both mentor teachers in the school and University supervisors. Students are required to attend weekly reflective and thematic seminars discussing general and specific pedagogical issues.
