4 credits Prerequisite: MGT 262. The purpose of this course is twofold. The first is to assist the student in learning the basic concepts of computer technology; this will include concepts and terminology necessary for the understanding of information systems. The second purpose of the class is to coach the student in learning Microsoft Office. In this part of the class, the student will gain proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
