By examining the nature of art, what compels the artist to create, the distinctions and connections among art forms, and the vital relationship between history and the arts, the variety and centrality of human expression through art will be seen in the broader context of liberal learning. This course rotates among the Performing Arts, Art and Art History, Communications, and Music Departments.
