Combinational circuits for addition and multiplication. Control units, multifunction and pipelining. Memory organization, associative and cache memories, memory interleaving, memory hierarchies, paging, segmentation, virtual memory, input/output organization, I/O channels, I/O busses. Virtual machines. Microprogramming.
