An introduction to the relationship between the individual and the group in the world of work. The course will cover topics such as personality assessment in the work environment, personnel decisions, organizations and change, leadership, teamwork, occupational health, and motivation. In addition, cross-cultural differences regarding attitudes towards work and work related behaviors and motivation will be considered. Prerequisite: PSY 103 or permission of instructor.
