Topics will include algorithms for searching, sorting, hashing, exploring graphs, and integer and polynomial arithmetic. Standard design techniques such as divide-and-conquer, greedy method, and dynamic programming. NP-completeness. Prerequisites: CS 315 and MATH 342, or consent of instructor.
