This course is an introduction to social work field education under faculty direction in the Teaching-Learning Center. Students will begin to apply knowledge from prerequisite courses in experiences which utilize social work practice skills with emphasis on individuals, families and small groups, toward goals of prevention, restoration and enhancement of social functioning. This course includes 18 hours per week of seminar and experiential learning. Prereq: SW 300 and SW 420.
