Prerequisite: A passing grade in SURV 100. Horizontal computation and alignment of simple, reversed, compound, and spiral curves; vertical computation and alignment of vertical parabolic curves; construction surveys for highways, building sites, pipelines, utility easements, dam and drainage projects. Analysis of surveying errors and adjustments of triangulation, trilateration, and level networks. Also the study of reconnaissance, preliminary and construction surveying of route locations. 2 lecture hours, 6 laboratory hours.
