This course is open to all majors. Individual personal and professional development will be enhanced by this course. Some of the topics to be covered include greetings and introductions, professional dress, restaurant etiquette, table manners, meeting manners, travel and international etiquette. Students will be required to attend an evening dinner session. They will also participate in planning a banquet, reception or dinner meeting, etc. 2 lecture/ laboratory hours.
