Corequisite: MTTL 135. This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the processes used to produce industrial goods. Topics to be discussed include measurement, layout and inspection, machine tool processes and operations, metallurgy, welding, shop math, and blueprint reading. Students will experience hands-on training with measurement, layout, and machine tool operation. 2 lecture hours.
