Prerequisite: Junior level standing or consent of the instructor. Corequisite: MILI 301. The leadership laboratory supplements classroom instruction. This laboratory is a multi-echelon exercise that introduces Military Science cadets to basic military combat skills, and provides hands-ontraining and confidence building. The laboratory is designed to develop individual and team skills, problem solving, decision making, oral and written communication, and planning and organization skills. 2 laboratory hours.
