Topics include Boolean algebra, combinational logic, minimization, gate implementation, electrical characteristics, propagation delay, timing diagrams, signed numbers, arithmetic circuits, flip-flops, Mealy and Moore machines, programmable logic devices, ABEL, and simple computer design. 3 lecture hours.
