Prerequisite: A C or better in ELEC 100 or ELEC 110. This is a telecommunication technology and cabling course. This course will include the following subjects: Telecommunications terminology, cabling systems, and basic IP networking. Students will manufacture cables, test, install, and troubleshoot telecommunication cable systems. 1 lecture hour, 3 laboratory hours.
