Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in BCST 180. Concentrates on advanced skills needed to product and direct television programs to include producing daily half-hour newscasts as well as some public affairs specials for live broadcast on the University's public television station. Also considers interaction among different departments of television stations required for successful programming and production. (For Broadcast majors only). 3 hours lecture, 10 laboratory hours.
