Prerequisites: Successful completion of READ 011, or recentered SAT Verbal score of (R)420 or greater, or appropriate placement test scores; and ASLG 111 and SOCL 164 with a grade of C or better. This course will help students to analyze the content and the value of "culture" from various perspectives and will review the available research literature. This course will include a number of interactive exercises aimed at facilitating the students’ understanding and experience of American Deaf Culture. 3 lecture hours.
