This course extends the fundamental concepts studied in Math 106 and focuses on the topics for early childhood education students. These include concepts and processes in advanced counting, the four basic operations, angles and other geometrical concepts beyond shapes, elementary fractions, decimals, probability, and statistics. The use of manipulatives and technology will support learning and teaching in these and other topics studied. Enrollment is open only to students in early childhood education programs.
