An independent study course requiring the student to complete an assigned design project under the guidance of a faculty member. The project will require application of various analytical methods and the use of computer models or laboratory facilities. A written report is required upon completion of the design project. Repeatable for credit up to two times. Prereq: Junior standing in engineering and consent of faculty advisor.
