Three hours lecture. Calculus-based examination of descriptive and inferential statistics. Topics covered include population and sample data analysis, discrete random variables, continuous random variables, frequency distributions, probability, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, regression, and correlation. Computer applications for problem solution are required. Prereqs: ENGR 107, MATH 335 and junior standing.
