Description:
Three hours lecture. This course is designed to provide information on the scope and application of various numerical techniques and evaluation criteria for making economic decisions. Interest rates, cash flows, depreciation, and tax implications will be covered. Methods such as present worth, annual worth, future worth, and rate-of-return will be used to make comparisons between alternatives. Prereqs: Sophomore standing and either MATH 215 or MATH 230.
