HIST 498 - Senior Seminar in American History

Description:
A research course in selected fields of American history at the senior level. Students conduct historical research with close guidance from the instructor and write extensive, well-documented papers. HIST 498 or HIST 499 is required for history major and HIST 398, HIST 498 or HIST 499 for history minor. May be taken twice for credit toward history major or minor. If taken twice for major, or in addition to HIST 499, it will count in Elective Area I. If taken twice for minor, or taken in addition to HIST 398 or HIST 499, it will count in Elective Area I.
