It includes theorists such as Plato, Aristotle, St. Augustine, Cicero, and St. Thomas Aquinas. The course explores questions like: What is the best life a human being can live What is the best form of government How should political communities mediate conflicts between individual goods and social goods What roles do education, reason, and faith play in politics
