Description:

Seven and a half hours of private music instruction: technique, repertoire and professional performing skills. MUS 244 applied music instruction includes a final recital as well as a repertoire paper to be handed in and disseminated to faculty one week prior to the student's recital. To be eligible to enroll in an applied course, students must also be registered for at least one additional course during the term unless there are no other courses being offered. Additional Course Fees: $200.

Students may not audit Applied Music (AM) courses. Part-time students may enroll in one AM course per term. Full-time students may enroll in two AM courses concurrently, during the Fall and Spring semesters. 0.5-0-9-2
