Essentially a history of Europe in the interwar period from Versailles to the Cold War. Emphasis placed on diplomacy and international relations of the major powers. Included for discussion are such topics as: the Weimer Republic and the Rise of Nazi Germany; the breakdown of collective security; the Munich Crisis; the Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact; the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor; the Holocaust; and the Yalta Agreement.
