Study of Pennsylvania school laws governing tenure, certification, students, special education, intermediate units, curricula, state aid, federal aid, finance, transportation, and Act 195. Critical thinking and application to school-based settings emphasized. Prerequisites: EDUC 101, 210. As needed.
