HTH 135 (Formerly PH 110) Intro to Ultrasound Physics Introduction to Ultrasound Physics is a course designed to acquaint the student with the fundamental principles of mechanical waves, thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism and the mathematics used to explain and express these phenomena. Students will become familiar with the laws of motion and how these are affected by the various forces. Mechanical waves and thermal properties will be described. Students will gain an understanding of basic electronic components (3 Credits).
