COM 125 (Formerly EN 121) - Effective Speaking This course stresses the various methods of speech for effective oral communication. Special emphasis is placed on the informative and persuasive speech, as well as on group presentations. At least three formal and informal speaking situations provide the student with a balance between the study of principles and practice (3 Credits). If you are taking this course online, a Web Cam is required for this course, as well as a modern computer with Adobe Flash and broadband internet connection.
