Introduces students to policy practice in public and private organizations, and in community and legislative arenas. The student will learn to analyze policy problems and determine policy options and strategy and to implement and evaluate policies in various settings. The student will write a paper describing and analyzing a policy project. Pre- or corequisite: SW251 or permission of the instructor. Spring semester. 3 credits.
