A study of basic algebraic skills and additional algebraic topics including (but not limited to) real numbers, rational numbers, and radicals; systems of linear equations; polynomial, rational, logarithmic, and exponential functions and equations; and complex numbers. Prerequisite knowledge: This course presumes an understanding of fractions, percentages, decimals, negative numbers, variables, and simplification of expressions.
