Studies the social structure and hierarchies of schools and districts. In order to foster interest and growth in technology, including development and implementation of technology plans, it is necessary to understand the diffusion of innovations within a school environment and how to influence the adoption of new technologies and programs by tapping into that unseen structure and increasing communication and collaboration between all constituents. Addresses using a wide variety of professional resources. Prerequisites: ID500, ID511, ID512, ID513, and ID521. Summer. 3 credits.
