A survey of teaching methods and materials appropriate for teaching in the content areas for grades 6-12. Topics addressed will include teacher evaluation in the public schools, collaboration with special education teachers, and lesson planning formats.
In addition, teaching methods, selections organization and use of mathematics materials for grades 6-12 will be covered in detail. A professional laboratory experience is included in this course. Prerequisite: Admission to TEP.
