Description:

Taken during the student teaching experience, the student will develop knowledge and understanding in the areas of the legal aspects of teaching, especially in the area of reporting child abuse/neglect, management and supervision, use of self assessment in professional development, issues concerning licensure of professional educators, and the review of the purposes of professional organizations. Must have concurrent enrollment in appropriate internship course(s): EDUC 440 and/or 450 or MUSC 440 and 450.
