This course introduces students to the basic principles of spreadsheet and database management programs. It includes hands-on computer experience using currently popular spreadsheet and database programs. Students will be able to organize and manipulate data to accomplish specific business processing objectives. Students will learn how to create, save, retrieve, display, and report information using spreadsheet and database programs. Prerequisite: MIS-100. This course in intended for non-computer majors.
