This course will focus upon identifying opportunities, and learning the business processes required, to create new venture opportunities in foreign markets. Students will learn the entrepreneurial and practical aspects of importing, exporting and offshore outsourcing. They will complete a written assignment with an emphasis on the business climate, cultures and market trends in American's NAFTA partners, Canada and Mexico or another market selected with the approval of their professor.
