CI 427. Philosophy, History, and Ethics of Education Presents the major contemporary educational philosophies, the historical and social development of American education, and the ethical standards and legal issues influencing schools today. Some emphasis on the students' examination of their own educational philosophies and ethics. Prerequisite: admission to teacher education. Corequisite: a practicum or clinical experience.
