DS 660. Enterprise Systems Introduces the underlying need for integration in organizations that have traditionally operated with fragmented information systems. The focus is on ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems, but other e-commerce systems are discussed. Includes an overview of ERP systems, business processes, and implementation issues. Covers relevant software packages. Not open to students with credit in DS 860. Prerequisites: DS 350 with a grade of C+ (2.300) or better, junior standing, advanced standing.
