CHM 449 - Theory and Applications of One and Two Dimensional Fourier Transform Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Institution:
University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth
Subject:
Chemistry
Description:
Prerequisites: At least a C- in CHM 251/252 and CHM 315 Fundamentals of Fourier Transform Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (FT-NMR) spectroscopy, including one- and two-dimensional techniques discussed from the perspective of structural determination. Generation of NMR signals and parameter optimization using a 300 MHz FT-NMR spectrometer will complement the analysis of NMR signals generated in situ.
