Prerequisites: Major or Minor in Philosophy or consent of instructor Intensive study of (1) major philosophers, such as Plato, Aristotle, Kant, Quine, and Wittgenstein, or (2) philosophers related by a common theme in development, such as Aquinas, Scotus, Ockham, or Locke, Berkeley, Hume, or Descartes, Spinoza, Leibnitz, or (3) current philosophical work.
