This interdisciplinary course introduces students to the importance of international studies and examines select global issues, such as globalization, interdependence, global environmental issues, disease and health, gender issues, culture, and conflict. The course also introduces the research design process, and students complete an international studies research project under the guidance of the instructor. Prerequisite: GEOG 120. (F, Sp)
