This course teaches the basic aspects of child development and child study. It is designed to provide an understanding of the interrelatedness of the theories of child development and an understanding of the important factors that affect the young child's development. Emphasis of this course lies in observational, recording and evaluation techniques of the young child's individual development. Prerequisite: TED 211 or Co-requisite TED 211.
