Prerequisite: CHEM 151with a minimum grade of C A continuation of CHEM 151: molecular orbitals, gas laws, Kinetic Molecular Theory, states of matter, crystal structure, properties of solutions, kinetics, equilibria, thermodynamics and electrochemistry are studied. The laboratory includes a section on qualitative analysis. Three lectures and one laboratory per week. Spring semester.
