Fundamentals of environmental sampling specifically applied to the atmosphere are discussed. Includes a variety of techniques for the measurement of monitoring gaseous, semi-volatile and particulate air pollutants, techniques for the measurement of criteria pollutants, chemical and physical measurements of particulate and air toxins. Prereq: CHEM 4700 or CHEM 5710 or permission of instructor.
