Description:

Intensive conversation with practice in using various levels of the spoken language from slang to formal speech. Emphasis on the sounds and idioms of German. The course meets for one hour per week with the instructor and one hour per week for a lab session, often with a native speaker. The content of this course will vary over four consecutive semesters. This course may be repeated for a maximum of four credits. Prerequisite: LG 252 or equivalent.
